Anand means Bliss. Anand comes from the lineage of Anette’s teacher Swami Paramanand. He teaches the ultimate Reality within Vedanta of the modern time. He is an Ashtanga Yogi. Yoga is an ongoing journey. Working with alignment and props (hammock and chair) have given Anette new opportunities to explore yoga on different levels. Also restorative yoga is important for Anette to sink deeper and in a more meditative way into poses and benefit from it. She is a certified Yoga teacher.
